June 15th 1836. The state has an abundance of wildlife and is recognized

The famous Hot Springs National Park is located in Arkansas. The park is
entirely surrounded by the city of Hot Springs, the boyhood home of President
Bill Clinton. A total of 47 hot springs flow from the southwestern slope of Hot
Springs Mountain, at an average temperature of 143 F.

entertainers. Arguably the most famous is William H Jefferson (Bill) Clinton who
was born in Hope Arkansas on August 19, 1946. William H Jefferson Clinton became
the 42nd president of the United States and served for two terms from 1993 to
2001. The famous Wal-Mart founder, Sam Walton founded his first store in
Bentonville and Johnny Cash, the world famous singer was born in Kingsland,
Arkansas. Scott Joplin, the famous musician and composer also hails from
Arkansas.
